FUJITSU TEN CORP. OF AMERICA (President: Ryohji Otowa, Capital: $21.5 million), a subsidiary of FUJITSU TEN LIMITED (Kobe City, Hyogo, Japan; President & Representative Director: Takashi Shigematsu, Capital: ¥5.3 billion), ranked highest in vehicle multimedia quality and customer satisfaction in the AM/FM/Multi CD Changer/Satellite Radio segment according to J.D. Power and Associates 2010 Multimedia Quality and Satisfaction Study released on 23 August 2010. This is the second consecutive year that FUJITSU TEN CORP. OF AMERICA receives a quality award in this study, ranking as the highest quality multimedia supplier in the AM/FM/Single CD Player/Satellite Radio segment in 2009.

Multimedia Quality and Satisfaction Study

The study evaluates 82,000 owners' perceptions of audio quality in their new 2010 model year vehicles. According to the 2010 study from J.D. Power and Associates, FUJITSU TEN CORP. OF AMERICA scored a PP100 score (Problems Per 100 Vehicles) of 2.1 within the AM/FM/Multi CD Changer/Satellite Radio segment. The products that received this ranking were manufactured at TIANJIN FUJITSU TEN ELECTRONICS CO., LTD., a subsidiary of FUJITSU TEN LIMITED.
