FUJITSU TEN LIMITED

   Aiming to further raise customer satisfaction in the North and South American markets, FUJITSU TEN Limited (Head Office: Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture; President & Representative Director: Keijiro Katsumaru; capitalization: 5.3 billion yen) is merging its U.S. marketing subsidiary FUJITSU TEN CORP. OF AMERICA (FUJITSU TEN America) and its U.S. engineering development subsidiary FUJITSU TEN TECHNICAL CENTER, USA, INC. (FUJITSU TEN Technical Center USA), as of April 1, 2010. The surviving company will be FUJITSU TEN America.

   This merger of a marketing company with an engineering development company will strengthen marketing and product planning capabilities in the North and South American markets. Besides having speedier decision-making, the surviving company will make fine-grained responses to customer needs. In the future, it will aim to expand business in goods for automobile sales companies - an area where growth is anticipated - in addition to those for automobile companies.
